This week we get to hop, skip, dance, jump or simply move along to Jumpers and Jazz in July with so much on the smorgasbord of entertainment and creativity.
Those behind-the-scenes have been adding to the extraordinary display of knitted items on poles, trees, bench seats and all in-between for the colourful spectacle we have grown to love.
The Grand Automobile Display is always a drawcard on Palmerin Street, held this Sunday, July 20 (note the road closure from 6am to 3pm).
One of the most talked about JJJ events is 'Find Your Flow', described as "a vibrant and inclusive wellbeing festival" that's set for Thursday, 24 July at SDIEA – 163 Palmerin Street, from 10am to 2pm.
Organisers are promoting that this free community event will be "a celebration of mental health, creativity, and connection, featuring local vendors and community groups showcasing activities and hobbies that support positive wellbeing. From gardening and drumming to creative arts and hands-on workshops, attendees can explore a variety of ways to relax, recharge, and reconnect".
The event is open to everyone in the community - including NDIS participants, school groups, local businesses, and the general public. Whether you're looking for fun, inspiration, or simply a new hobby to boost your mental health, Find Your Flow offers something for all ages and interests.
Legends Laneway and the Jazz Precinct will give way to more memories made this year.
